and happiness in your life.
This meditation book consists of mindfulness concepts and practices, fictional stories to help illustrate the concepts and exercises that can be done to
reinforce the practices. The book is divided into chapters that focus on specific topics and can be read sequentially or individually. The best way to master
any topic is through experience. We encourage you to make this book an experiential process. We don't want you to believe something just because we say it.
While we encourage you to read it with an open mind, we would also like you to try the practices to see what works for you and develop a perspective based on your own
experiences. You've probably heard the expression "Experience is the best teacher." We are sharing our experiences as a guideline; your experience is an invaluable part
of the process.
